Radio Interview: Did ETs Create the Maya Calendar
Does the astronomical evidence prove that ETs created the Maya Calendar?

On Feb 7, 2011, Rob McConnell and I chatted about my latest essay: Did Extraterrestrials Create the Maya Calendar? Actually, I wrote this essay back in 2009 but back then, I didn’t know of the archaeological evidence that shows that people in Mesoamerica were tracking precession over 3,000 years ago. With this data about precession, people - not extraterrestrials - could have created the Maya calendar. So I rewrote the essay to include this important information and in the process, I expanded it greatly.

This single essay, which is 17 pages and includes many excellent diagrams and pictures, is now one of the best ways to learn about 2012. If you have never read anything about 2012 or about the astronomy of 2012, this is one of the easiest and fastest ways to learn an important new way of looking at 2012.

Here is the essay: Did Extraterrestrial Create the Maya Calendar?

Please note that the astronomy that I talk about is not the “galactic alignment” of John Major Jenkins. While I do like some of John’s work, that alignment already happened in 1998 and I don’t think that the Maya missed what they were aiming at by 14 years. I think that they hit exactly what they wanted: the sacred triple rebirth of the sun and the special configuration of the sacred tree, which unfold in the sky over the Maya precisely on the winter solstice of 2012.

Anyway, Rob McConnell of the X-Zone Radio in Ontario, Canada had me on his show for about an hour (42 minutes). He put the interview online on iTunes. Don’t worry; you don’t need to have the iTunes program installed on your computer since you can just listen with your web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.

Then put your mouse over the number to the left of my name and the number will turn into a circle with the black “Play” triangle in it. Just click on that and the interview will play. But watch out! He starts off with loud rock and roll! (Rolling Stones - Brown Sugar)
